Set up as many appointment schedules for your ‘bays’ as you need (you can also have named people as well as bays). They can each have a different name and have different start and finish times, you can even schedule in holidays and days off for each bay so that they are showing as unavailable. You can have an unlimited number of bays/ ramps/people listed for appointments.
Send a confirmation email or SMS (text) message immediately if you choose to (needs an internet connection for this and for SMS you will need a Bulk SMS account)
Send reminder emails for forthcoming appointments

Once you have created the appointment
